The PCA is an important association that sets the standards for the painting industry. This effectively removes the “veil of secrecy” that can exist between an industry and the public. It helps to promote credibility and trust to the public for companies that are accredited, while creating credibility and setting the bar for industry standards. This helps reduce confusion and disagreements between companies and their customers.
Here at Paint of WNY, we are happy to be accredited contractors of the PCA. As a professional company, we wear this badge with honor and do what we can do be the best painting company that we possibly can be. And this goes beyond keeping the standards of the PCA. Though important, we also find it important to give back to the community in which we live in. We proudly donate 1% of our revenue to causes within the community and find other ways to help by volunteering our time.
The standards have been formed by a collaborative effort to discuss a range of issues that commonly become the subject of misunderstandings, and in some cases, contract disputes. This has led to guidance for a better experience for all parties involved.
We invite you to contact us for more information about how we follow the PCA guidelines. We look forward to working with you!
